Ashley Méndez (she/her) is a Mexican visual artist and scenic designer based in Los Angeles, California. Her work is informed by her multidisciplinary background in writing, performance, and direction一 exploring the relationships between text, body, and space.

She has worked as a designer and associate on various projects for Crowded Fire Theater, The Magic Theater, The New Conservatory Theater Center, Trinity Repertory Company, Stages, The Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Shotgun Players, and The Gallo Center for the Arts.
